STUDIO & ADMIN ASSISTANT

Milena Silvano is small creative studio based in East London specialising in sheepskin garments for conscious women.

Our collection and philosophy have evolved gradually and intuitively.
We started our label working solely with reclaimed materials, and we have evolved to include responsibly sourced materials from certified tanneries. 
Sustainability is at the core of what we do, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on person that will assist us in shaping up our business in line with our core values.

 


MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Studio operations
Create and maintain studio schedule.
Liaise with machinists and suppliers.
Monitor stocks of studio supplies and packing materials.
Continually look at ways to improve systems, whilst focusing on quality.

Logistics
Fulfil orders – packing, prepare shipping label and appropriate export documentation.


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Must have knowledge of Shopify (including products and inventory, setting up markets, international shipping and taxation).
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
Knowledge of Photoshop and Indesign preferred.
Knowledge of garment construction preferred.
Flexible schedule & good time management.

 

This is a part time role.
Start date: September.  
Salary DOE.
